Verizon rep suggested I use this store to pickup my phone order as previous store denied to fulfill my order. This order did the same. I spoke with the female rep, Frida, who stated she can’t even find my order. I had 3 different Verizon customer support Reps confirm the order was at the store. She also tells me that they do not have the phones in stock either. While it shows Verizon inventory. I’ve filed a complaint with Verizon Corp and filing a complaint with BBB. Please go to Corporate store over this authorized reseller.

Azizi Farida and Vays were both professional and respectful of my needs. I was concerned about losing all my data when purchasing my new phone. It went fantastic!! Also they fought for every bit of discount for me thanks alot

My experience with Gursharnjeet was great. She is definitely knowledgeable in her work as she provided excellent customer service. She took her time to assist me and was patient the whole time. I highly recommend Gursharnnjeet for your next stop at Verizon!

I go to this store to fix my 3mth old iPhone 15 because it gets an enlarged screen and you can’t do anything. They usually fix the problem and send me on my way. This time a new guy was there and didn’t no what to do and said the previous guys don’t work there anymore. No good customer service at all. Referred me to Apple Store.

Tarun Khosla salesperson is very unprofessional and a liar.
Worst store.
He is a liar, doesn't work professionally. I am paying 60 dollars extra every month due to his unethical work.
He didn't push the promotion in; he wasted my time. I have called Verizon several times to fix it however Verizon customer service tells me that salesperson hasn't kicked in the promotion. Tarun messed up.

Tarun was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to assist us in transferring our phone service to Verizon, and to guide us in getting the best value for our needs. His honesty and exceptional service was very much appreciated and I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to him. And my son is very happy with his Gizmo watch. Thank you!

They charge for a sim which is free at corporate Verizon and online… 30$ for just a sim card ? Scamming people… the guy couldnt explain me why they are charging me 30$ when its free at a corporate store and online….
