There was an immediate answer of the phone when I called them and they had a tow truck dispatched to my location within 40 minutes. The driver who picked me up (David) was quick, efficient and friendly. He was even nice enough to give me a ride back to my neck of the woods since it was on the way to his next call.
Straight forward, fair rates, and professional are the three words I would say about this company regarding my experience. The driver David went above and beyond - 5/5 stars

They are so expensive. I was charged over a hundred dollar for a car that barely was even there for a few hours on top of that. It costed Three hundred dollar just to towed the car. Like that's ridiculous on top of the fact that you gotta wait until someone comes to the lot to give you your car.

I had a recent experience with this towing company and I must say, the staff were exceptional. Holy moly, what an adventure! I'm new to the state of NY and had a mishap with my vehicle. I assumed it was power related and contacted roadside assistance via Gieco. Christian came thru in record time and not only that, helped me out with could have been a multi hundred dollar if not thousand dollar mechanic bill by trouble shooting and being the smart dude that he is! The customer service and hospitality is top notch!! Thank you so much!
