I just wouldn’t guarantee anyone to go here. Very rude staff especially Lina who stated she’s the supervisor/manager. I called twice got hung up then 3rd time I called she told me that I’m wasting my time and her time. Pretty much Lina shouldnt be working here at all!!!!!

This poor CVS is losing more and more each day. From the inventory to employees to the service overall and now it hit the pharmacy, big time. Outside of needing more employees there, you can't even get a live pharmacist on the phone to help you get a better understanding of meds and or plan for better health. Now, you have an automated system and you HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE and they will MAYBE get back to you an hour later? I'm sorry but that's pretty terrible. I know its not the employees faults, but MANAGEMENT HAS TO DO BETTER.
Oh and another thing, forget trying to shop there because the shelves are always empty and if in fact you do find something you want to purchase, its locked up... and ringing the bell to get a live employee to come open the cabinet where your goods are, will never happen because no one is ever working the floor.
Good job CVS!!!

If your system is down ("since the morning" you claim, and it is now 6pm) you should probably put a sign up or warn customers that they will be paying full price if they buy today, gaslighting people and acting like it is just 1 person is not the way to go about it, especially when 10 other customers are complaining about the same issue. We are not stupid, and the prices are so insane the only reason to shop here vs Amazon is the coupons. Also one poor woman was begging for like 15 mins for someone to unlock a case so she could get freaking deodorant, she was super upset too, because locking the stuff up makes it impossible to shop

I have arrived to this store few of times, the store is clean, has material that I buy, the employees are polite, additionally help the customers.
I have had good times being here, I admire the CVS corporation, I always shop from there especially of my medicine of this location with the metropolitan location. I am yet to say both of these stores are huge, clean, have bright lights with beautiful displays in the store, serve the communities. CVS has my attention as always.
I will resume arriving to this pharmacy in this location. I am always satisfied in CVS.

Almost everything I always look for is locked and after walking through the entire place I asked a young woman if she could help me, I received a bad attitude just for asking her to open a section that was closed.
