So disapointed, we came to buy football shoes from France on purpose in Dicks. We saw some Jordan's in Boston and we thought we could buy them in NY for xmas. There was no choice at all and the guy told us to order on the website. No accessories, nothing for american football in this store !!!!

To not have any buffalo bills attire when there a top 5 team year in and out and they play in NY is a joke and everything there is way overpriced with that said you can get in and out in no time cause nobody is there in line buying things.

I ordered a Jalen Brunson t shirt jersey yesterday at 12:44pm it was so cold i ordered it for same day delivery thru door dash, i'm suppose to go to a Knicks game today and i am so disappointed that i cannot wear it because nobody picked it up, what is the point of offering a same day delivery service. Best part is that i cannot even cancel the order because it says i had to cancel it 30 mins of purchasing the item. Don't spend your money here.

As a black woman me and my friend couldn’t get any help here. Should be a sign that says no blacks allowed. Brandon the employee needs to be fired immediately he didn’t even care that we asked him for help. Our people never need to spend money here because we aren’t wanted here

Horrible phone customer service! Called them to check item availability, they kept putting me on hold after my question without saying anything, different stuff member was picking up the phone occasionally asking what I need help with while I thought someone is helping me already. They don’t listen.. I was looking for 1 item they were checking something else and they couldn’t let me know which store has an item I was looking for. On the top of that they hanged up the phone on me 2 times! Will never shop there again, such a rude, careless, unprofessional and unfriendly customer service! REI are the best, will only shop there from now on.

Went in asked a man in the shoe section if they had foam birkenstocks. He told me no they only had cork ones, which I could see and something called EVA, but no foam and then he walked off. Didn't show me or offer to show me the eva ones or where they were . I get home look it up and of course the eva ones are basically foam. Also nothing was on sale. Bad experience.
