My husband received great care at a more affordable price than what we were offered else where and I receive great care as well. Dr. Gabe, Chan, and Samantha and Taniya are all compassionate and kind.

This place is Horrible. Visited the place in the beginning of the year and shortly after calling them to schedule an appointment to have some work done. Now been told there office has been closed. Now asking to pay for the exam again. This is not a way to gain trust in people.

My experience was fine. Your associates were great, well mannered. But we do live in a reality world. We understand that we are solely judged by the amount our teeth bring to provide a good smile. It's a business as long as credit can provide the services. It's a fact of life. Someday, teeth will be cheaper to maintain and keep till we pass on!

Good staff. Outrageous prices for services. To get proper treatment; removal of 2 wisdom teeth and cleaning cost is close to 5,000 dollars with payment plan with APR of 27%. Insane. Can't and won't afford that service. Will be going elsewhere to get help; I'd advice others to do so as well.

Although they were late in explaining the treatment plan in full at first, staff made sure they did so before the operation itself. Everything was done with speed and precision. I went back the following day to make sure the healing process was going well. However, there is one glaring problem, the office manager, Samantha Handy. I told her I wanted o% delayed interest loan, which she supposedly put in for me,, but she kept trying to saddle me with a very high-interest loan. Eventually, I got the 0% I asked for, or at least a copy..I thought. When the first service was charged, she gave me a receipt that stated it was charged to a 0%. When the next service was charged, the very same receipt had been changed to an 60 month high-interest loan (27%+). When we questioned it, Samantha told my husband she would fix it. She didn't. We checked on it the day after the surgery with a different office manager, who printed out copies of the receipts. This time BOTH of the receipts were charged to a high-interest loan. I called the company who verified the high-interest loan and the loan company said all I could do was dispute the loan. Now I knew why Samantha just gave me a tablet to sign instead of something to read. Samantha called the next day she was in and said it was "an honest mistake" that she had rectified with the loan company who had confirmed this in an email. I asked her to forward it to me, which she did. Not only did it NOT say it was rectified, it said they would consider it, but it would take 3-4 billing cycles to do so (27% on a $20,000+ treatment plan?) If this is now the only plan we have, it means Samantha never put through the 0%, 18 month plan she had given me a copy of, a fact which I have now verified. This was no honest mistake. She did it again, the very same way, 11 days later.Does she get a kickback from this? No one would answer thar question at the loan agency. She gives the whole practice a bad name and needs to be fired at once. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one she's done this to. She's too good at it. Meanwhile, someone needs to be held accountable for the interest they will make us pay. Criminally or civilly, Samantha is the only offender, unless Aspen backs her up. Advice? Don't bother. As nice and caring the rest of the staff are, no one needs to go through the hell I am going through with the loan company. It isn't worth it.HAPPY THANKSGIVING TOMORROW. I wont be having one. Got my first bill from Dental First. Not only did Samantha Handy not fix, what she termed her "little mistake", but now I've been assessed $128.49 in interest ...and I've only been out of surgery 2 weeks! She got Dental First to send me a letter saying they would CONSIDER moving my balance over to a 0% delayed interest account (the one I was approved for and Samantha switched me to this high interest one) but it would take 3 or 4 billing cycles (about $750 more in interest) to do. No mention of my not paying all this interest. Of course tomorrow's a holiday. Aspens not open on Friday either. So I can sit here and watch my blood pressure shoot up more or start writing Comenty Bank (Parent company of Dental First) who indicated on this bill that they are under no obligation to investigate my dispute) and check into taking Samantha Handy to small claims court and, if she is still employed by Aspen, it means they too are liable as she represents them, so a suit needs to be brought against them as well. To be honest, I hope they fired her because the rest of the staff there seem to be wonderful, caring people. At this point, I will be giving Thanks tomorrow that my son is one of New York's top attorneys. I would never ask him to represent me, but a little advice of things I might have overlooked tomorrow might be nice.

This complaint is about your lousy upfront saffing & Rachel, On the 16th I had spoken to Rachel & confirmed my 8am appointment for this morning, when I arrved the front desk woman told me she had canceled & I needed to reschedule, now I understand why your company is so poorly rated & all the poorly reviews & complaints . ( upfront staffing need a retraining about using better people skills).

Everyone was pleasant and informative. The ladies were pleasant and everyone seemed to have a good method down pat for working. I appreciated the visit.

I was so nervous going to the dentist and haven't been in quite some time. Every person in this office was so kind, polite and knowledgeable. I felt more comfortable then I ever have at a dentist office. I highly recommend this office!

The staff members of the Aspen Dental office in Glenmont, New York, were very professional and caring. They were wonderful and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. I was very thankful that Aspen Dental offers free exams and x-rays to first-time patients who, like me, have no dental insurance coverage. They were very thorough in going over a plan to take care of cavities and needed cleaning, etc. And I was able to get financing that fit my budget, which was most appreciative. With regards to financing, I unfortunately had a family tragedy occur the day following my first visit with them and I had to cancel my dental-care plans for the unforeseeable future. Had this family emergency taken place after the first five days of establishing a financial payment plan, I would have been obligated to the payment conditions of the financial agreement. Fortunately, Aspen Dental's financial payment plan allows a patient to cancel the plan within the first five days. For this, I am truly grateful. Thank you, Aspen Dental and the Glenmont staff for your all-around generosity! As I said, I fully intend to recommend Aspen Dental to my family and friends.

The office in Glenmont is very clean, the people are friendly, did not have to wait long to be seen, they explained everything where I could understand what was going on with my teeth and didn’t force any unnecessary procedures on me that I could not personally afford

I gave it 2 stars because I LOVED the lady who took my xrays, as well as the 2 people who examed me and came up with a plan. My experienced changed during check out where I needed to schedule work to be done and future appointments. There was only one lady working that area and there was a gentleman who was going back and forth with her which she was handling him well. He was there over an hour in which I waited and 2 other people joined me in waiting. When he was done instead of calling me she called the lady who had just came into the area last. I had been waiting over an hour to make a plan and schedule appointments. She stated she was going in order which wasn't true because I had been waiting. I had to leave to pick my child up after being there almost 2 hours. She stated she would call me to schedule my stuff. I never heard from her so I will have to call on Monday and figure it out. They should have more people working the check out and go inorder of people who have been waiting.

Deceptive business practices. Scheduled me for a new patient appointment, knowing it was days before I lose dental insurance. Never told me it would just be for x-rays and not the cleaning until the confirmation call when it was too late to try to find somewhere else to go. Now I can't get the cleaning I need because Aspen Dental robbed me of my one chance to see a dentist and I'm absolutely devastated. I won't have insurance or the ability to afford a cleaning for a long time, and I have to go without.
