I came here to get a free sim card replacement, but they told me that I would be better off buying a brand new phone and getting a second line for it so I could get a discount by paying for 2 lines. I returned it 3 days later and asked for the second line to be disconnected once I realized that they scammed me, and now a month later I am still paying for that second line, as well as a protection plan for a phone that i no longer own, despite the fact that i asked for everything to be cancelled before the start of the current billing period. All I needed was a free sim card and now I cannot pay my rent because the employee on duty apparently cannot do a single thing to help me. Do not come to this store under any circumstances

Best Service from ATT!!!! Never go anywhere else!!! Both G Shaun and Chris were assisting two customers at a time to ensure the most efficient service for all who were waiting. This location offers the best service, they took such good care of my sister and I without even a commission or any type of benefit.I was working on getting a line transferred for over two weeks. I could go on and on about the troubles I had with ATT, however this experience made it all OK. I cannot stress enough, if you are in the capital region in Upstate NY and you need to find a good location to visit. You really need to go to Glenmont store!!!! Amazing Service!!!!

Place closes at 7pm and the door is locked at 6:45. Needed a new lifetime warranty screen protector that would take less than a minute. Scumbags

One employee was really nice, the other that we got stuck with can use a little lesson regarding interpersonal communication skills from corporate or skills in talking and greeting someone, or just talking, not annoyed grunting. When I say I don’t know what his voice sounds like, I’m serious. I’ve had more interesting talks with my deaf and mute cousin. My Girlfriend went for an upgrade and he didn’t say 2 words the whole hour, it was uncomfortable. I’ve heard the man talk before….I swear I have. I was going to ask about switching carriers but I’m not going to bother now. About 45 minutes into our silent, exciting time there the other employee asked after his customer was taken care of. We did have a friendly chat, which should’ve happened by the one helping us, about switching, new years, sleep schedules and other pleasantries. It was a weird experience I don’t want to go through again. Hangovers with a gang of needy toddlers has been more fun and riveting than that day.

Christopher the sales manager at AT&T was awesome he was simultaneously helping 6 people at once and he made sure all of his customers were good and kept his cool when customer representatives on the line weren’t helping. Thanks for your support !

Sterling and the other 2 guys working were excellent. I would give Sterling a 5 star rating. I was disappointed, however, that my phone was “to old” to be eligible for the new iphone 15 deal going on as it was an iphone 8. that was just paid off. At any other phone carrier you can turn in any iphone (such as an 8) for a new i phone 15. For some reason, ATT won’t do that. Again, Sterling was excellent.

Sterling was very knowledgeable, very polite, very helpful and very very accommodating and patient. Demonstrated how the phones that I was interested in worked and he was very very pleasant. Great employee. A gem.

Understaffed. The person there put in a SIM card to my new phone and didn't check to see if it worked. 30 minutes later it didn't work, and when I went back to the store to ask for help, it was met with undue defensiveness. They didn't offer any suggestions, think through or troubleshoot, didn't even offer to try a different SIM to make sure it wasn't the SIM, or even mention that an eSIM is a different option. He gave me a list of numbers, and when I called, the 3 he suggested to start with were meant for store employees, not customers. Phone still doesn't work.

Gonna rate my experience with this Att among the best. Chris stayed open late in order to aid us in the purchase of 3 phones. Excellent service, funny jokes, and he really took care of us well

Been here twice in the same day. The guys were too busy watching a soccer game. Never acknowledge me being here. Just needed to switch a phone service from a lost one to one I have already. Wouldn't recommend coming to this store if you have other things to accomplish during the day. Bring a chair as well.
