Stayed here before taking Yankee trails to cruise port in Manhattan. Everything was great. We had to leave 6:30 am breakfast was open 6 am so were able to eat before leaving. Quiet clean room.

I booked the room for about a week. Checked in at 9pm room 108. As soon as I opened the door a moldy/musty smell hit me. I thought maybe the AC just needed to run a bit. But by midnight I was at the front desk asking to change rooms. I had shortness of breath from the mold. The gentleman said they can’t due to the time. I slept in my car it was that bad. I checked out the following morning. The front desk canceled the rest of my booking but did not refund me for that night. I only stayed in the room for 3 hours because of the quality of the room which other reviews point out the same issue in the vicinity of 108 so they clearly knew about the issue and haven’t fixed it. The hotel appeared tidy but upon a closer look there were hair strands all over the sink and the comforter. Health and safety issue. Steer clear if you don’t want a mold reaction.

Man this hotel smells so bad I can’t even begin to describe the smell. And to the manager or Gm the smell that I reported was thrown under the rug by the bald headed gentleman who works nights. He said and I quote,” that is above my pay grade.” End quote. The hallway smelled like human fecal matter. And it was there when o checked out the next day. Not to mention the cleaning staff throwing away my pizza. Excuse me after I asked them about it they took it out the trash and attempted to give it back to me on which I declined. After they sat it down on their cart for themselves later. Told the front desk and they didn’t care one bit

This hotel , motel is not good at all specially front desk , I called to check on my reservation, I was on the train I just wanted to make sure , I called called and called No answer , when I got there lady was on the phone with her friend or some one two other guys were there so 3 people did not answer my call!!! After I checked inn I was tired , I Odored food through Uber eats, I called few times front desk just to let them I am expecting Uber eats Oder , No answer again , when I came down , same three people doing nothing but did not answer my call!room does smell bad , it’s far a way from everything! Not a good experience at all!waste of money !
