I have had 3 occasions dealing with estes and not once did they ever arrive when they were supposed to. I’m talking days late not just a few minutes.I now avoid them at all costs.I will even cancel the order.

Told my shipment would be delivered on May 09. On May 11th I called to find out where my shipment was and was told they would try to get the shipment to me on May 13th. Ended up having to go pick up my own shipment from a SHIPPING company.

Driver was super friendly and on time. The order was exactly what I expected. Wings were hot and the pizza crust was perfect. Kinda strange to see a tractor trailer backing into my driveway just to deliver a pizza but it was ontime and the guy didn't even drive on my grass.

They should definitely go out of business! They are terrible! I never had any problem for Amazon freight pickups until Amazon started using this terrible company.

Picked up an item too large for lift-gate service. Staff was super nice and forklift loader went above and beyond to make sure item was loaded correctly.

One of their customer service people told me my shipment was out for delivery and should arrive by end of day. I call at the end of the day and am told that is not true and that the package has been passed off to another company for delivery, but that their phone number cannot be shared. This is over a week after the order had shipped. UPDATE: Package is supposed to arrive by 10:00pm tonight, but dispatcher just called to confirm my address. Someone had mistaken an S (for South) for a 5.

Waiting on delivery on item purchased online with Hone Depot. An entire month after receiving an email from Home Depot that the item HAD shipped, finally have date for delivery after several calls to this shipper and despite being told the delivery would be made between 10 and 4 today, here it is 6 pm. They claim they can't get in touch with driver. I suggest you might want to check on him.
