“Just throwing this out there.
No one in the store “swears at the customers”. Ever.
Mayones carries wines in ALL price ranges because not every customer wants to pay the same for wine. Imagine faulting price chopper for selling both expensive and cheap beer?
Not all clerks know the 1000s of products that line the shelves. We apologize for that but usually someone is there that DOES know.
If someone who orders and stocks the product on the shelves tells you “no we don’t carry that”, it means he knows the store, not that he’s “rude and doesn’t have a clue”… especially if it’s said with a smile.
The store is on a bus line. People smoke weed and come in our store. It’s legal. Just like booze. The store can’t control that.
Sorry if you had a bad time in the store…. But some of these reviews are false and frankly, pretty rude.
Oh, and sorry That I’m not tall. I guess in the future I’ll try to work on my height?

“Nice, large selection of cans and bottles, beers and other beverages (no liquor). I go for the growler station which usually has a decent selection of up to 10 brews. Friendly, helpful staff for the most part... occasional shy staffer... but still helpful”

“Spirits of Troy is an absolute gem! The staff here is incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and always prompt in assisting with any questions or recommendations. The store itself is spotless, with a clean and well-organized layout that makes browsing a breeze. Their selection is impressive, with plenty of options to choose from, all at reasonable prices. The coolers are perfectly chilled, and the glass is always smudge-free, which really adds to the overall experience. “We picked up one of their Friday night dinner specials. We got sauerbraten, sauerkraut, spatzle and an apple tart for $20. It was served in a 3 compartment tray. We got ours to go, but people were in clubhouse eating there from the same trays.
We were also served a cucumber salad? Sliced cucumbers in soir cream sauce? The wife loved it, but, alas I hate cucumbers.
Food was delicious.
The bar was hopping!
The age seemed to be Cucumbers. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.”

“A small town liquor store, but with big and bold flavor and brands... From the normal brands to the super high ends... a plethora of Bourbons, Scotches and Whiskey... Same for Tequilas, Vodka, Gins... with ease a 1/4 of the store is for Wine...All the new flavors for the Borbons and Whiskies... the flavored Tequilas that are hiting it big now... They had before the trend started... Visit them... Even if your not from Wynatskill, still visit them... Pricing is right in line with the bigger places... Love going there... and I will be back soon enough... The staff is great... love them...”
“Doesn't look like much on the outside but it is full of a huge selection of beer, largely local. Only downside in my mind is that you have to buy in 4/6 packs with very few singles for sale. But absolutely worth stopping to grab some really good beer. Also has a smoke/convenience shop inside.”

All we had to do was pull up and pick up the cases - and the employees helped bring the cases of wine out to my truck.
