Well I took my elderly aunt in to lowes in Glenmont to buy a new refrigerator well we found a refrigerator and we paid for it and paid for the delivery well when they delivered it it was a freezer not a refrigerator (there mistake )so now my elderly had to go back to Lowe's in Glenmont and speak to a manager there now when they dropped off the freezer my aunt told him to take it back because it's not the right thing that we payed for and the delivery people told her to bad they're leaving it now my elderly aunt goes back to Lowe's an tells them then they sell her another new refrigerator an I go to pick up the new refrigerator and demand they do something about this an the thing that's the manager there said there nothing she can do besides refund her money now there's other things they can do like give a gift card cause there incompetent employees can't do things right an cause me an my elderly aunt nothing but trouble then the thing threaten to call the police on me for saying they are taking advantage of the elderly an not making anything right something has to be done about this an the thing that said she call the police on me for telling the truth needless to say till they make it right I will not be nor will any of my family be shopping at this Lowe's

As usual, the store was very clean and orderly. Employees were very friendly and accommodating.

The Lowes team that installed my windows installed them incorrectly.
Right now they're installing a door and a basement window. I started the process in November because this basement door had freezing wind blowing through it. It's July now. They're installing it this week. They ended up charging me thousands more than the estimate
I just want it over with.

I asked an employee for assistance because what I needed was locked. So the associate speaks over the loud speaker for someone to go to aisle 12 to help me… now an older man by the name of Ed Wood walks past me and my girlfriend then proceeds to say “Are we just staring or what”. After I asked the man if he worked there which wasn’t clearly indicated, he began to change his attitude but it came off as if he didn’t think I was the guy who needed help, yet we were the only people in aisle 12… so it leaves me to ask if there was any r word motivation on this interaction or if the guy is just an ahh hole.. I hope something at the very least can be said to this rude man I’m not looking to get anyone fired or anything but that’s unacceptable. I called the number of the store manager and didn’t get an answer or response to the voicemail I left. As long as Ed Wood is working there make sure you’re prepared for ignorance is all I can say.

Unbelievable wish I could give zero. Ask for help to get a pressure treated 2x12x12. They told me to get a cart and they would page someone 20 minutes later no one. Oh not to mention I’ve got disability
