Came in for formula it's locked up, I asked customer service for help they told me to go to the self check out person to open it, there is 2 lines open and self check outs line was halfway down isle 1. No one was at customer service so I don't know why they wouldn't let me just pay there and be on my way, 15 minutes in line. Waiting

The Glenmont Market 32 overcharged me $137.61. The service counter person acknowledged their error but said "corporate" had to refund my money. More than two days later and the mistake still has not been corrected and I'm more than a little annoyed at this point.

I understand that retail workers are unhappy. But not across the board at all PC. The Glenmont site has a large collection of rude, unhappy, unhelpful employees that can't be cancelled out by the few that really are pleasant. Bella Roma, the pizza area, has a long time employee that is rude every single time I've interacted with him. If you come around lunchtime or dinner time nothing is ready, and he will not give an accurate time when you the chickens will be done or soups will be out. He is dismissive and belittling. The folks at the deli counter do their best and are clearly understaffed, produce is great, as is Seafood. The meat counter has new staff as of July 2023 and not only are some of them rude, the meat is no longer fresh. Even when when purchased well within the sell by dates the meat spoils at home far sooner than the date would indicate. So unhelpful, no understanding that a customer standing at the counter is the priority over stocking meat in the self serve cases. Really wish someone would come in an break up this monopoly.

Very disappointed today as it was my first time going into market 32 in Glenmont NY on my lunch from a near by retailer. All I wanted was a slice of pizza but the guy waiting on me I use that term loosely since he was more interested in speaking to the Co workers around him then waiting on me. He asked me several times what I said. Then I asked since they switched to market 32 from Price Chopper if they still fry fish dinners? He was annoyed by this question and waved me to seafood. He didn't answer if they fry the dinners (so he talked to other employees with whatever other conversation he was having. ) Then answered me about if they cooked the fish annoyed again. He said something in a mumble I didn't understand and I asked what he said he then said never mind waving me off again. Boy was I happy to get my slice of pizza and get out of there! Poor service don't recommend it!

Customer service is on point ! I have yet to have and unpleasant interaction. The remodeling makes it tough find stuff but it's still my favorite store ! I love the new look pc

Place has rancid pork in their meat case. Twice this has happened. Obviously being kept out beyond it's life then sold. Also.staff really shows they don't care about the customer. Product availability is poor. Place has only gotten worse.

Just called the Glenmont store trying to put in carry out seafood order waited 15 minutes and 70 rings seafood never picked up! Not gonna get my order today! Looks good in the add but I'm not going in to place an order and then wait 1/2 an hour to pick up.There has to be a better way if they want my business. Gave them a star should be -1 star!
