Member too long, can’t even remember. But holy moly! I can not believe the decline of this place. Don’t even bother with this bank unless you want to waste a half hour trying to get cash out werher its inside or through the drive thru. Not one person who works there has a sense of urgency and they all just sit in their seats looking at you like you’re an idiot. I actually was taken for almost $1,000 when repaying FEDERAL STUDENT LOANS and they provided ZERO support.

I've been a member for over 40 years and since the merger they have gone downhill. The drive-thru lanes are slower than molasses in the winter. I've noticed they have 2 locations in Glenmont within a mile, however can't open a new location by Greene/Albany county area. Time for a new CEO and or upper management....I think they have gotten to comfortable in their cushy job to make better decisions. My humble opinion only !!!!

After a one hour drive I came to Glenmont to talk to a real person they fixed past problems current ones and helped us log into the online account they were extremely helpful and friendly
I had a bad experience yesterday at a station with no teller so I was pleased with my stop today

Staff is always friendly. Followup 02/01. I purchased 8 rolls of quarters Friday evening. Upon opening them, I found that each roll was short a quarter. When I brought to the attention of bank Teller, I was told nothing could be done. I realize that its only $2, but the customer service continues to get worse in Glenmont. The response from Broadview is to call their Member solutions center. I tried, all that does is put you in a cue on hold, while a recorded message tells you how important your call is and that a rep will be with you momentarily. I never did get to talk to anyone. Should not have to wait in line for almost 30 minutes to simply cash a check. Maybe hire more tellers?

My wife and I have done business with sefcu for over 30 years now. I recently closed my personal account and I am going to close our joint account soon too. All because of one incident that happened with a debit card. I’ve had 5 or 6 cards compromised in a short amount of time, all of which were handled in a timely manner, and our $ was eventually recovered. This last card had 2 purchases made in California from businesses that we’ve never heard of. Obviously we didn’t make these purchases, but sefcu’s 3rd party service seems to think we did. I’ve been to the glenmont branch twice now, and ZERO has been done to follow up with us about the incident (Jesse). You would think that since we’ve had so many problems with our cards that maybe they would look into it a bit more instead of just taking our $$. 30 years together and you could care less that we’re leaving over 2 purchases that I swore we didn’t make. We have money and we’re the first to pay for stuff when we do buy it. Thanks Broadview.

Over a half hour wait with 3 people in line. I spend 30-45 mins sitting in line EVERY time i come here. Go across the street to the bender lane location. Do yourself a favor.

Twice, I was in the drive thru being the person being waited on ( not counting the time in line) for over 20 minutes. Both times my deposit was incorrect. The original Capcom employees have been replaced with people who don't care about its patrons.

Horrible the line for drive Thursday was out and around the building I have video of four workers none came to help and one lady in line took me 45 minutes and I was second in line
