We needed to ship a package to England. But UPS doesn't ship to England so we were dissatisfied with the product. However, the sales associate, Justin, was very helpful and professional.

Before I went to the store in Glenmont, I called to find out if they accept television for recycling and was told YES. I went to the location with the tv the cashier told me to put it on the counter. Julie a staff came over and told me that they do not accept television……she turned to the cashier and said to her “don’t let her leave it” I did not say I was going to leave it. I was very much offended by that statement. Please do better in dealing with customers.

This store carries any office product you’re looking for. The store is bright, clean, well organized. The associates are always friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, willing to help.

Ordered a printer online for store pickup. Great selection, easy to filter and compare options. Store pickup was very timely. Store staff were friendly and efficient. We were in and out in less than 5 min. The time from purchase to printing was maybe 1 hour. Highly recommend!

Today 12/8, I had the worst service ever in my life at your station at Delmar, the arrogancy with one of your printing section staff messed my day, in this day and era , being courteous and willingness to help the client is very vital, I find it unprofessional for your staff explaining to me how busy he is and a lot to do in printing that he can’t offer guidance in using the self service photocopying machine

every time a come the workers become more rude and unhelpful. Terrible would be an understatement. To print a piece of paper it’s almost $2 on there “machines”. Will just buy a printer so I don’t have to come into ur shitty store!
