Stylist: Shonda is friendly, listen to what the client wants and is also sensitive to the clients needs. Highlighted recommend her. The online booking was also easy and quick and she was ready for me at time of arrival.

Requested style: I needed a trim for my current style of a sweeping bangs, angled long cut near face, and long layers in a V cut in the back.
Stylist: Melissa was professional, and able to style my hair exactly how I requested.
Service had a very short wait time, even though I was a walk-in.

Had appointment for 2 people at four O'clock, One of whom was disabled And in a wheelchair. Was not able to start cuts till 4:35, Although we arrived at three fifty five. The stylists explained that they have to take walk-ins if they are in before the sceduled clients arrived.
SO WHAT IS AN APPOINTMENT!!!????

On a whim, I stopped in with my dry, fine, thin, curly hair to get some shape put back into my overgrown short haircut. Within minutes, I came out looking and feeling so much better, with an actual shape to my hair, so I no longer HAVE to wear a headband to look presentable! ? All for such a reasonable price! I'll be back for sure! ?

I’m not gonna lie I got chopped. I asked for two inches and instead I got 4 ?. Also asked for layers but it was just chunks. I think I just went to the wrong place, no hate on the lady that did my hair. I didn’t tip because I was semi near tears when paying, but the lady made sure I knew she was upset.
