Had issues getting into my T-Mobile account even though I was able to verify all the information and give the correct pin. I had stated to the manager or supervisor on site that I have constantly battled with T-Mobile customer service on my last name not matching my mother's last name and still was not able to be served. So either go to another T-Mobile location like I'm doing where I've not had any issues whatsoever and they looked on the account to see that I am authorized user or just stay clear of this store

Jason and Christian provided exceptional service. They patiently and with friendly good humor sought to solve a number of problems we were having that proved to be hard to solve, but they came up with a great solution for us. At one point a number of customers started coming in and they, as a team, seamlessly handled the new walk-ins and did not forget about us. Great experience!

Shoutout to Chris he is AWESOME! Best customer service I got from anywhere in general. Chris is very patient he got me the best deal and discount on my new phone. I’m glad I came into the store and didn’t order online. Thank you Chris big shoutout to him the store in general is a wonderful vibe to be in.

Aron was awesome with me today! I came in with determined to switch to T-mobile and Aron made it happen. I highly recommend T-mobile to everyone! Professional, knowledgeable and very helpful transferring from AT&T. Thank you again Aron and everyone!

Aron is fabulous and patient. I took my 80 year old mother to get a new phone and he got us all set up, moved everything from her old phone to the new one. It made a confusing change to a seamless transition for her.

Big shout-out to Aron and Braydon at the Glenmont Plaza T-Mobile store. I came in with a ton of devices on Verizon, and they found the best promotions and the best deals on all new devices with T-Mobile, and then they methodically transferred all of our user data to the new phones and watches. Took a long time, but I appreciate their attention to detail. Toward the end, Aron found some additional discounts on top of the ones I already had. Really appreciate that from a salesperson.

Aron was wonderful helping me. I have had to return to the Glenmont store several times since I got my phone, and every time Aron has helped me, the problem disappeared. Don't let him go!!

I went in today to figure out what to do with my broken phone and saw Jason. He was a great help, very patient and a good soul. I was there for two hours while switching phones from a broken one to one I already had. I honestly wasn't even mad about how long it took because Jason was great conversation and customer service. I apologized for him not even making a sale due to the fact that I couldn't trade in my broken phone and get a new one, and he literally said to me “I had good conversation and met some cool people” and that is pretty much top tier customer service at its finest.

because someone else in my area has the home internet it is not available to me, i guess only one person can get internet with them in my area, and wonder why i have stayed with Verizon for so long. its a zero for me

I love this store so much, the staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and very good problem solvers. I needed to replace my phone immediately, it was done without a hassle... I live 4 miles from this store and I drive all the way there just for their customer service. The store manager Christian, and his staff, Franssiely, and Aaron are amazing.. Thanks guys!!!

Christian is amazing! Very knowledgeable and very pleasant ! Also Krista and Joe. There should be more people like them! Kudos to T-Moble for hiring such helpful people!So, here we are 5 weeks later with another problem solved by this wonderful staff. They spent as much time as we needed without rushing us to go. It's clear that there is a team effort in this location. They perform like a well oiled machine. Thanks again to Christian, the manager, Tim, Aron, and Christen for all of your help.
