After having been rear ended and trying to find a place to get an estimate for the insurance company Dan at TACS Autobody stepped out and knocked it out of the park. They fit me in the same day and were courteous, knowledgeable and quick! The insurance company accepted their estimate with no questions and they issued my check. Calling around so many shops would not even look at my car for two weeks. I highly recommend TACS for any service you may require and a personal thanks to Dan for making a stressful situation much more bearable. :)

The best in the area. They are also really good in general. I used to go to Monro down the street but stopped as soon as I found TACS. This is like a family run business. Everyone is friendly and helpful and seems to enjoy their work. They do not overcharge or try to upsell and they always exceed my expectations. Totally trust them with my car.

I’ve been rear-ended twice over the past few years and unfortunately had to have my car repaired both times. Fortunately, I brought it to TACS in Glenmont.
Both experiences with them have been outstanding. Their work is truly top-notch. The repairs were flawless, the paint was matched perfectly, and they clearly take pride in every detail. They never rush and always make sure the job is done right.
What also impressed me this time was Thai insurance only covered 30 days of a rental, but because the repair took a bit longer, TACS covered the extra days out of their own pocket. That kind of care and customer service is incredibly rare.
The staff is wonderful. Always polite, welcoming, and happy to keep you updated. It’s just an honest, hardworking business that genuinely cares about its customers. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I can't say enough good things about TACS. It's run by three brothers, and they're the most trustworthy, honest and all around good people I've ever run across. The entire staff is helpful and friendly, and they always have my best interest at heart when it comes to the repairs needed for my vehicles. I highly recommend TACS for autobody work and any other repair services they offer. These guys are great!

Tacs used to be great...when they were a smaller business. But sadly, they got big and greedy. I just took my car there for an inspection. They failed it saying I needed $3000 worth of work, including 4 new tires even though my tires weren't even a year old yet and the tread was still really good. When I arrived, no dashboard lights were on. When I left, my tire pressure light was on. Checked my tires and they were suddenly at 23 psi. The next day, I took my car to my local mechanic for the inspection and they passed it with no issues. I will never again trust Tacs with my vehicles.

Tacs did a fantastic job fixing my 2024 Ford ranger after a deer accident. They made the process very easy for me and my truck looked exactly like it did prior to the accident when I picked it up. Definitely would recommend them!

I’ve been to TACS twice. Each time I’m confident they were 100% honest with me and only fixed what they needed to in the most cost effective way possible. Each time they fixed my issue by the next day. I expected to pay 4X what I did. They definitely got a return customer in me.

Best auto body repair I have ever experienced. Very reasonable price, excellent work, and they even cleaned the inside of my car! 10 years old and it looks like new! And they were done a day earlier than expected!
