Bhavi P is the most amazing employee at this branch! She has been so helpful to me through out the many times I have gone to the glenmont branch! If more than 5 stars were allowed to be given she would be at the top of my list for compliments and perfection! I always ask for her 😌

We took advantage of a promotion to join Trustco as a new client. Bhavi at the Glenmont location has been helpful and supportive throughout. Our main reason for changing was all the Trustco locations and use of the Allpoint atms everywhere.

We applied for a HELOC and had the pleasure of working with Amelia Boertlein. She was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything very clearly and we felt as though we were in good hands at all times. We typically get all our loans from a credit union but they seemed to have no interest in working on a HELOC. When we met Amelia - she clearly heard what we were saying and what we needed. Thank you Amelia! The process could not be easier.

I applied for and received a home equity loan with an extremely comfortable interest rate. The entire experience was painless. All facets of the process - from initial inquiry, to filling out online forms, to providing documentation, to the actual in-person closing - were completed in a timely and thorough manner. Without exception, bank staff were courteous, informative, and highly professional. A special shout-out to Amelia Boertlein for her friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding guidance!

Hate calling there, I am making a call to find out something and immediately they ask do i want to hear rates, get mortgage , NOOOO i just want to know what i called for. otherwize 5 stars

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every time we go to the bank we can’t leave the branch without being in line for 30-45 min for a simple mortgage payment transaction. Please move the lines. If someone has an outdated passbook in drive thru ask them to go inside as that is a transaction that takes time. Be aware of number of cars and the type of transactions that are being asked to be done thru drive thru. The worse experience ever.

Glenmont NY office hours are nine to one. It is now 9:25 and the building is still closed. I'm not the only one upset by this inconvenience. People are standing outside the facility looking as annoyed as I am!It is now 9:45 and still no service.Bank teller comes flying through the parking lot, DD ice coffee in hand, giving dirty looks. Finally receive service; 10 a.m.No apology was given for opening late.

I've been a customer for years with Trustco Bank. They have always had top notch customer service and the staff at the new location in Glenmont is no exception; especially the tellers! They are always extremely friendly and eager to help. Also, the bank is in a perfect location for me to stop by and deposit my paycheck every Friday. I recommend this branch to anyone in the Glenmont, Delmar, Ravina area.
