I've been regularly using this post office for the past few months due to working nearby. The staff working here are always kind and more than happy to answer my questions about how to ship items to ensure they arrive properly and promptly. I now purposely avoid other less desirable post offices near my home to go to this one instead!

The worst of the worst. Slow, erratic service. Box rental rules change on a whim. Should have been removed as there are several post offices in the general vicinity. Avoid this dump.

Has a history of very lousy slow service. From the 1970's till today, from criminally malfeasance postmaster Suzanne Mooney to whoever is the postmaster now. Window clerks are rude and nasty, overcharges intentionally often. . Service is erratic at best. Glad we moved away so we don't have to deal with this rotten service anymore.

My package was stolen by some random person with my track number and the girl behind the desk didnt check his ID and as a result that same person compromised my bank account, license, ect. Thanks a lot for that one who ever did that.

Mailman broke my mail box. Called to speak to the Postmaster. Representative took my information and told me I would receive a call back. Someone came out to take pictures, but in 10 days and after 3 calls to the post office I have no received a call back.

They keep things moving here! Also, Rich is so friendly and accommodating. There are post offices closer to where I live in Albany, but I prefer driving a bit further to come here. Thank you!
