U know who u are,I ordered flowers and specifically asked for colorful flowers for my daughter's birthday to brighten her day since I'm sick and couldn't drive an hr away to see her?I even spelled her name for you and u got that wrong, I was also told it would be 35 if someone could pick them up and 50 if delivered, it came to 53 and change??? That don't surprise me none with all the lying people out there just to get a buck off innocent people, don't recommend you what's so ever, poor way to do business, you should be ashamed of yourselves? will never order from you again thanks for nothing honestly. Does that look colorful to you, and her name is spelled Nichole, NOT NICOLE!!!! PS WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACKBASICALLY TOTAL RIP OFF, this is what I was looking for, app u were just looking for my wallet

Absolutely the VERY VERY BEST flower shop from Saratoga Springs to Lake George. Laurie , and JoAnn are the most caring lovey people . I have spent quite bit of time in the shop buying one flower and other times buying large arrangement, Every have time I go in I am treated with respect, and kindness no matter the amount I spend. I have bought gifts (and yes gifts they have absolutely the Most gorgeous new candles this Christmas season and adorable small gifts. They have great parking and the minute I walk in they stop whatever they are doing to help me.if there is another customer in the store they always acknowledge me with a smile and kind word. I am excited with the hopes and possibly bringing in more candles and more gifts this area Glens falls need a really nice , clean place to stop in for a sm or large flower arrangement or a nice gift or candle to brighten someone’s day. I believe in supporting our local shops and Adirondack flower shop is just the place to go. If u have not been in there you must stop by when in the area. A BIG thank you to Adirondack flowers for a the help and happiness you have brought into my life and friends lives .Elizabeth

My husband spent well over a hundred dollars on an arrangement for my birthday. I was a florist years ago, so I have a pretty strong respect for the industry. I know flowers well. My only rule is No Carnations. I hate carnations. He gave the shop all the control beyond my rule. It was the most disappointing arrangement I have ever received. No pop of color. So many fillers were used. 6 different kinds of greenery and 3 types of filler flowers. the actual premium flowers totaled 4 stems tea roses, 4 daisies and 4 gladiolus. The rest of the huge vase was basic leather leaf or the equivalent. Because the colors were not coordinated and the arrangement was choked out with fillers, the arrangement, while huge, was drab and mismatched. He definitely did not get his money worth of flowers. 4 stems of the cheapest premium flowers to total 12 actual blooms. Still until this morning I was just going to let it go. I received the 12 actual flowers on 26th today they were all dead 3 days of unremarkable for over a hundred dollars. The lady that he placed the order with told him the flowers had “just come in”. Fresh flowers when handled properly should be pretty for 7-10 days. I’m really disappointed.

My daughter was married 10/1/21. After 3 different reschedulings, each time JoAnn from a adk flowers was so very understanding and accommodating. When the day finally arrived adk flowers outdid themselves with such gorgeous bouquets! Thank you so much JoAnn! I highly recommend Adirondack Flowers!

Thank you lovely ladies for saving my husband’s faux pas by answering him on a Sunday and opening in an emergency so he could pick up my anniversary bouquet. He had a bad weekend and it completely slipped his mind. He’s very appreciative of your kindness and so am I. Year after year your beautiful Roses help us remember the best decision we ever made.
