“Its honestly a great bank unless you have possible fraudulent activity on your account after hours or on holiday's. Then you have to wait til call centers open back up to speak anyone. Which can really screw people over who have all their money held up in that account. Then any bills or anything you have automatically coming out, will be declined and you cant buy anything until you get a new card in 7-10 business days(once you speak to them) or if you buy a new one for 10 bucks from one of their branches(once they open back up). They really should consider how this effects people who live paycheck to paycheck and put their paychecks in the bank as soon as they get them. They are great in every other category and I would recommend them to anyone and do. But this should really be considered. Because locking your card on the start of a long holiday weekend and not being able to talk to anyone or use your money for several days can really screw people badly, esp cause not many people keep cash on them anymore. I have nothing bad to say about this bank at all.. its just more of a suggestion because it's very frustrating not knowing if you're getting scammed or not and not being able to verify with your bank cause they are closed for days. And the bank literally tells you(on their website) to call them right away if you think its a scam to verify its really them or not. But you can't do that if its after hours or a holiday. This is the only gripe I have with this credit union and I have used them for a long time.”
