Salesman was great (Lyle) took me to a sectional that was priced to sell and was exactly what I was looking for. He was more than accommodating with what I needed for delivery and storage of my old furniture. The delivery guys were extremely polite and showed up promptly on time. Took care of the extra work with no complaints.

Surprising that people that deliver furniture for a living could not pop the pins on my door and get the furniture in and I had to do that myself at the end of the day after working.

I needed a replacement for my old Lazy boy. Walked in. Cool store! Friendly no-pressure staff. Found a sweet inexpensive chair. Treated me great! Delivery was on time and hassle free!

My family and I walked in, was greeted with a friendly smile,with in 10 minutes found what we wanted, our future was delivered within a few days.
The delivery men were amazing, it took some tweaks. It surely was frustrating, however them guys had such Patience, and they got it done, with a smile. They also Interacted with my need to know and help 5 year old son, Bare Bones are lucky to have them, just AMAZING, I will be recommending Bear Bone to eveyone.

I talked to them a few times before i came in and they answered all my questions. I was worried day of delivery they helped me. Delivery guys were great too. I will be back ty bare bones being great to me.

We purchased a sofa from Bare Bones furniture in Queensbury New York. It is for my daughter's apartment downstairs. It is very nice and comfortable. We were helped by Kathy when we came in the store. Then later she helped us with the checkout process. She even ordered it because it isn't in stock. She made arrangements for delivery and pickup of the old set. I am happy with my service and the furniture. This was for my daughter's birthday. The price was discounted a lot. It was affordable.
