I highly recommend these guys! I needed a tow on a holiday and they responded in less than two hours - amazing ! They were able to get my car to the shop without incident, and made payment very easy. They were polite, respectful, and incredibly helpful.

They were supposed to come out for a tow through AAA. Was provided an estimate of an hour plus. They never showed. There was no communication from the driver or the company. Would not recommend.

On May 8th.My husband and I had a flat tire in Saratoga Springs..we didn't have a spare so we had to be towed. We called AAA.and they dispatched Big Ant's towing and repair.the driver was there within an hour..his name was John.he was very professional and friendly..he loaded the car and drove us to our home in Cohoes and dropped us off..he then took the car to our mechanic..he was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this company..

Not sure who was driving the truck behind me today but they were all over wilton mountain and tailgating me so bad I could not see his headlights. I don't want to talk bad about another tow company but what he was doing was unsafe. Do better.

This auto repair shop is honesty one of the few shops who would rather be truthful and keep you updated as to what's going on with your car.i have been working on my own on cars but being disabled I could only do so much. They picked up whare I left off and did the work promptly. Now I have a happy wife happy life.

Paid cash and even gave driver a 30+ dollar tip. Couldn't give 5stars driver was unable to write a receipt so he texted me an invoice that looked like I didn't pay. After 4 phone calls(3 Friday, 1 Saturday) and assurances I have not received a receipt. I keep records so this is a negative. Otherwise they were here when projected and did an excellent job of loading bike and charged fairly.
