Is always helpful and reasonable. At least as long as you don't expectthem to read your mind. ;3

I have been a shopper at Broad Street Hannaford for years. Always friendly and helpful. Very personable, as well. All produce and meats are fabulous and fresh. Never leave empty handed. Check out their 50 percent off bin. You can find some amazing deals sometimes.

This pharmacy is AWESOME! The people are SO nice and helpful. They fixed a problem in one refill that another pharmacy hadn't been able to or didn't want to for 2 years! I'm so glad I found this pharmacy.

Please train your newer cashiers that when a customer hands them something they decide they don't want that they should not send their bagger away to return it right then and there. Wait until they are less busy. Happened more than once with your newer cashiers. It backs everything up. I was especially not happy when the cashier just handed me a bag to start bagging for myself. Didn't even ask. If I didn't want full-service I would shop at Aldis.

The service is fast and very friendly. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and patiently answer my questions in a clear way that I can understand. Wait times are minimal and grocery shopping while waiting is a great time saver.

Pharmacy technicians are rude. “I’m not a mind reader” is not a professional thing to say to a customer. Wait times are unreasonable as well. The pharmacist is very helpful though.

Deli worker apparently thinks a half pound of thinly sliced ham means nearly a pound of the cured meat. When she stated " is a little over ok"? I said " hell no, I only want half a pound". Their pathetic effort to upsell me only serves to piss me off.
