I came from another bank that I had been with for almost 2 decades. Even after working 3 jobs and credit was decent, they wouldn’t approve me for a small loan. I guess loyalty didn’t count. My wife was currently with HRCCU and told me to switch. Well, long story short, I have not been disappointed at all and have been a loyal customer for well over 15 years now. Not only did they approve me for loans (Personal and Auto) they have been a big help with advice and personal service. Friendly all the way! Extremely happy with the choice I made! Thank you HRCCU!

The account representative spent a great deal of time helping us to apply for a loan and was patient with all our questions. We were approved before we left the building.

They took all of my money out of my account about a year ago and tried to blame me and the other person on the account. I never got that money back and everyone I spoke to trying to fix it were beyond rude.

I have been with this credit union for over a year & I love everything about them! The staff is very helpful & knowledgeable anytime I have a question regarding my account. I cannot speak highly enough of HRCCU. I recommend them to all of my friends for their financial needs.

I cannot say enough about the superior service or the personnel at my Hudson River credit union branch. They’re on Broad Street in glens Falls New York. I’ve been a member of the credit union since the early 80s and not in one or any of those decades, and there are lots of them behind me now, has the service been anything but perfect. Not a single error that I can ever remember since the early 80s; Not One !!!The call center for our credit union in Chris, New York is exceptional as well.Pete Gallo

Excellent service! I was out of town and called my credit union to see if there was a branch in Glens Falls. They do not have a branch but are associated with Hudson River CCU. We needed cash and were able to get it with out any issues. Very pleasant people working there!

My wife was locked out of her online and mobile accounts. After trying to resolve the problem unsuccessfully over the phone she was asked to go to an office. We usually bank at the Broad Street office so we went there. A cashier politely asked us to wait for Colleen to help us. Colleen quickly got to us and ran us through a couple of procedures to get back into the accounts. After having no luck, Colleen got creative going step by step through a way she thought might work. She thought correctly and my wife was able to login. Colleen is very innovative and is ALWAYS pleasant and humorous.
