“Tanya was great!! It took me longer than I expected to get there so was showing up about 15 min before closing. I called to let them know I was coming to pick up a repair and drop one off. Yes, I was that person!!! (I hated to do it but don’t live near there anymore and was in the area for other reasons.) Tanya not only gave me my returned repair but took in my new repair as well. All the while being very gracious with my questions and answers and a smile to boot. Her coworker (didn’t get her name) was also pleasant and kind while locking up around me. I know how hard that can be at the end of the day when all you want to do is be done. And I am VERY grateful for the kindness and consideration shown to me. “I have had positive experiences at this establishment in the past. I looked on google and they said they were open today (Tuesday) until 5pm. I went inquire about a piece I have that needs repairs and they were closed. It seems that as of today’s date 2/17/26 they are operating on their (Summer Hours) which means they are not open on Monday’s& Tuesdays. Just thought I would post this as a warning for anyone looking at the google hours that they are not open on Mondays and Tuesdays as of the current date😁”

“Enrico made a cuff for me that was stunning. He used two strips of silver which he engraved. He put 2 pieces of turquoise and 1 piece of spiney oyster, 2 leaves along with two geckos. Besides all that, he did it in less than 24 hours. He does exceptional work. Truly an artist at his craft.”
