Lisa has no manners. No respect towards others whatsoever. Have never had an issue here with rude people until I encountered an older woman named Lisa. We need more kind people in this world. This is why I will never come to this bank again.

So glad I forgot my ATM card and stopped into your 28 Maple Street office.I witnessed such wonderful Customer Service by your staff to a customer who needed a little more help, who left very satisfied with her visit...Carol and another employee, (sorry I missed her name), were wonderful taking such care that the customer's needs were met and fully explained..Not that they are ever less than great to all, this required a little more than usual and they were up to it.PS. I have seen the other side of the treatment of special needs and witnessing things left me feeling so good about "my bank"..

Never ever use the ATM...had problems before but now I’ve really learned my lesson. (This happened at Quaker Road location, but all TD services are the same and people need to be aware) I use the ATM services because it is hard to get into the bank during their hours.They don’t control their ATM themselves, it’s a third party. My money AND card was taken by ATM. I had to wait 4 days for the ATM to just be counted to verify my money was taken... THEN you’re told to wait another 3-10 business days for it to go into your account. Everyone I spoke to was so nonchalant about it, when it was a large amount. Use any other bank you can, they also charge random maintenance fees to your account.

The banks fraud department recently detected questionable fraudulent activity and consumer was not notified. They did take the liberty to lock all of my accounts.

Toyna and Casey are very rude workers. They refused to help me then turned off the window I was at to open another window for people. Very unprofessional I will be cancelling the account through them as will the rest of my friends and family! Worst bank ever don't waste your time dealing with their employees no one there is helpful and won't even let you speak to a manager
