The people at the front desk are empathetic, kind, respectful, and extremely helpful. The tech was very sweet and kind and did her job well. Made sure no stones we left unturned. And made sure we left with everything needed and no questions. Dr. Wright was AMAZING. She was so patient with me as i was trying to relay info to my husband. She went over everything and gave me all the options to consider. She made sure we looked into everything to help with my dogs situation, and i would be greatly appreciative to her for that! “Today I had to unfortunately put my dog to sleep she was 11 and suffering in pain and loosing control of her bowels. I called every vet today to see if I could bring her in as I never want my animal to live in pain. No vet would take her and gave me the number for here and they were so sweet especially Gabby! They explained everything thoughly and she went peacefully in my arms. Im getting her cremated it was a little pricey but the care and compassion was worth every penny. Thank you guys!”

“Our cat developed cold symptoms over the Christmas holiday and our regular vet and emergency clinic were both closed the day after Christmas. I called Dr. Lansing and his wife due to the great reviews they have and hoped they would see him. He told me to bring my cat in a few hours from when I called and I’m glad I did- my cat had a high fever and needed a medication injection and meds to take home. He’s feeling better already and I’m grateful for both of them for helping us in a time of need. Thank you!”

“I rescued a kitten about 6 months ago, when I got him (Dude) he was in pretty rough shape. I brought him to a local vet for a visit but really didn’t feel like they cared…. It was a sort of upsetting experience, so I decided not to go back to that vet again. Plus they were very pricey for the the care they provided. They never gave dude the shots I requested or anything they considered it an “emergency visit”. So, I’ve been looking for a good vet since then. Plus I have rescued another kitten who is female (Little Thang), it’s time for dude to get neutered! Someone at my mothers work recommended Quaker Animal Hospital. I had called a few other vets to see about the services and prices. Hands down Quaker Animal Hospital had the best customer service over the phone, the most informative, and had the best price. They’re in a convenient location as well. So I set the appointment. They had called me a few days prior to Dudes appointment, they reminded me of the visit and everything I needed to do prior to the appointment. They were very pleasant when I arrived, they made me feel comfortable about leaving my pet with them. They even have a “manager” that is so super adorable!!They let me know when surgery began, and that they would call me when he made it out of surgery to let me know how he did and when I could come pick him up. Dude did awesome and was home by 6pm! He seemed to be doing great! A few days later they called me just to check up on dude and see how he was doing! That was awesome! I felt they really cared about dude and his wellbeing. I will definitely be bringing little thang in to get spayed and vaccinated when she is of age! Thank you for being so great!!!”
