“I want to give a huge thank you to my Amsterdam tractor supply. I received a door dash order. It was literally 2 minutes before close the manager not only let me in but helped me shop and checked the back when one item wasn’t available. Then helped me load the 23lb bag of dog food into my car. Amazing customer service. Absolutely impressed. 5 stars.”

“I arrived at Lowe’s to pickup an online order that had been shipped from the manufacturer. As I was sitting in my car for curbside, an associate, Sierra, approached my car about my purchase. Despite measuring to ensure the items would fit in my vehicle; I had not anticipated they would arrive on a pallet - which would definitely not fit in my SUV.
Sierra introduced me to the manager on duty, Nicole, and these two kind staff members adjusted the paperwork in the system to have the items delivered to my home. They went above and beyond to assist me, with kindness, for which I am extremely grateful.
On the scheduled date, the pallet was delivered in the promised timeframe and the forklift driver was able to position the pallet exactly as requested.
Hats off to the outstanding customer service at the Lowe’s store in Glenville. I live a half hour drive away and there are numerous other Lowe’s stores much closer to my home; but you can’t put a price tag on OUTSTANDING customer service !!! Thanks to all who assisted me - I am now a loyal customer at the Glenville Lowe’s !!”
