I lost a bank check that was meant to settle my brother's estate. I was so upset and crying . The manager, I think his name is George, took me to his office and not only took care of the banking end, but he treated me like he actually cared. I rarely see that level of customer service anymore and I just wanted to say thank you to him again

The worst experience ever at a bank.There was one drive up teller open.With 3 cars in front of me, I expected a short wait.Two cars were finished within 13 minutes.The third vehicle was still at the teller space and I waited 30 more minutes behind that one vehicle.I finally drove off.Why, if that customer needed such extensive service, were they not required to go inside.I’ll never be using that branch again!

The staff and level of service at this bank have exceeded my expectations. They are very friendly and I think they are doing a wonderful job. I am so happy to bank here. I am also posting this review as a reminder to others to please share your positive experiences from anywhere! People are quick to complain when there is an issue, but not so quick to give praise when it is earned. ?

I went in to withdraw funds from my account. A fraud block was placed on my account and I was told I needed to go into a branch in order to remove the block and retrieve my funds. When I went in and explained the situation I was told it’s gonna be a while because it takes a while for someone to answer. I said that’s fine I’ll wait. 15 minutes later I was told they were still on hold and so they couldn’t help me. Just turned away, without any inclination on what to do. I spent 10 minutes in my car working with a customer service rep, who assisted me in sending an email to the bank so I could retrieve and close my accounts. She’s the ONLY one who helped me. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received ANYWHERE. I recommend everyone bank elsewhere as Key truly does not care about their clients.

Friendly Staff at this branch, great customer service, low fees. I recommend Key over any other “Big Bank” in the area.

I don't bank with Key Bank but recently used an ATM that malfunctioned. It took my card and when I went to retrieve it there was a misunderstanding with returning it to me. Fred, the Branch Manager made some calls and sent out some emails on my behalf. My card was returned to me and I was on my way. I want to thank Fred and his team for taking the time to square this situation away.

So unimpressed by the service I received through your drive up window. I only come once a month to pay a bill. Each time I'm left sitting here for 15+ minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Never an apology for the incredible delay. It's not busy as far as I can tell. I could be the only person in the drive up, two cars in the parking lot.....
