Do not hire lowe's for kitchen,doors or anything that they say they have contractors. Terri Ferrel is a liar and a cob job pro. His company outside of Lowes is CelticConstruction & Renovations. Do not let him touch your house. I have a list of things he did wrong and walls that are visibly crooked and doors that are installed crooked as well. I am on the fence with a decision with my door install Terri did that needs to be made right. Either i go to court or Lowes makes it right. so far i had 8 phone calls from the solutions department asking me if the clown Terri has called me. He never called me as i gave him ample amount of time before i let loose on social media warning all of you of this bozo. DO NOT LET TERRI FERRELL TOUCH YOUR HOUSE.

Poor services. 5 days of waiting and multiple calls and store visit. Endless wait and hold time. I was told by customer service- Dian that appliance is only 48 hours for return and I do not have a pro lowes credit card so I am not qualify for the 30 days return in the fridge I bought on my regular lowes credit card. I am am still on hold for over half hour for the contact for the administrator. I multiple times to get hold of the manager of the store. Still waiting for one or anyone who can help. I was told price match is done within seven days instead of the 30 days advertises on the lowes website. Dian said clearly we cannot help you? Still waiting for Amber to return on the phone. She put me on hold for over 35 minutes not. All i asked her for was the administrator phone number. Seems like an indefinite wait.....

Update: 13 months and I'm still waiting! #Inept Update #2 - they ordered and delivered the wrong door for the 5th time! Told him to return my money back so I can go someplace that actually has competent employees and managers.

Waited 3weeks for fridge came like it was hit by a truck ordered in stock fridge delivery in 3 days told twice it was out for delivery no show no explanation phon call the worst service I ever seen never again

I ordered a dishwasher from them. They called me 3 weeks early and said we will be there in 20 minutes. When I driver arrived he honked his horn in my driveway. I have 2 doors! They did not knock. The guys they sent did not speak English. I live in America! When they came in I said you should of rang the bell or knock. There was no response. I said do you speak English . Then then called there boss who said he could interpert. I thus said iam canceling. I went to lowes it took over a half an hour and 4 managers to finally get my refund. They had my wrong name with my phone number. Said they could not fix it! Ugh They were going to email my refund. I did not trust them, so iwaited. Never again will ibuy an appliance from lowes again. Worse customer service ever!!!

Online it said store has 127 rubber pavers in stock. Drive all the way to the store, None in stock. Sales people are clueless and useless. Store sucks. Won't ever go back.
