“Purchased my invisible fence back in 2013. Best investment for our dogs. At the time of installing the fence we had 2 labs who loved to be outside. With our lot of 3 acres we definitely needed something for the dogs to enjoy where we felt safe. The install was very quick and they helped train the dogs. They caught on to the fence very quickly. The ultimate test happen a week after their training. They both spotted deer at the edge of the woods and ran towards them. They instantly stopped right at the point the invisible fence was located. Years later we only have one lab left but she is absolutely amazing and safe in our yard. The fence is pricey but 100% worth the investment.”

“16 years ago we went to find a new cat her name was(mallow). To fill a void for a cat we had. Mallow was three yrs old when we got her. And the staff said no one had adopted her and she was the house cat. My daughter fell in love with her as did her siblings. So we adopted her she was a spoiled cat with many toys and cat trees. At 19 years old she pasted she was the best cat ever. Never thought I would replace her. But one day I went into visit and the staff told me about pet bereavement group. Which I was very thankful for. I have since adopted another cat (Kovu ) from the APF of Schenectady this last summe. The staff was very helpful and patient, you can tell they really care about the animals there. If you’re looking for an animal please consider adopting an animal from here or another shelter. You’ll be getting a life loving friend and be giving an animal a home. Please be patient with you new friend, they be though a lot. Loss of familiar surroundings, family who cared about them loved them, when you bring them home remember It’s a new place for them. So give them time to get use to there new Environment. And you find a loving new friend. Kovu was nerves at frist but he warmed up and he now has a dog brother .and is a full blooded member of our family. He s very loving. Again I would like to thank the staff for their caring and help with Kovu. You can’t find more helpful staff.”

“Pet smart is a convenient store, meaning that pretty much anything you will ever need is more than likely at this store. The problem is that everything is name brand and super expensive. A simple feather duster toy is so expensive ($8) that we often don't buy them. It's a piece of plastic with feathers glued to it. It's not really worth more than a dollar or two. Kitty litter here is $21+ for tidy cat, on sale for the same price as the everyday price at Walmart. At the end of the day, do your research. Sometimes, the deals at petsmart feel a little more worth it than others.”

“Great job and very timely appointment due to a cancelation, which was awesome cuz my pup needed a cut and wash bad. Professional, curious. But you pay for what you get. Great results come at a slightly higher price range, but it is well worth it for us. Then again, with inflation, the other places may have increased as well, but my dog looks better after this place and seems happier too.”

It was literally 2 minutes before close the manager not only let me in but helped me shop and checked the back when one item wasn’t available.
