Self-checkouts are now limited to 15 items or less. That decision seems counterproductive, as it will likely cause longer lines at the regular cashier checkouts.

The interior is pretty nice for a Walmart. HOWEVER. NEVER use their curbside pickup. It was good until about 6 months ago. Now they claim things are out of stock when they definitely are in stock, and make you wait 40 minutes in the parking lot for curbside pickup!!! It took a call to the manager for them to even notice. Also, set the pickup about 2 hours prior and then alerted them we were there….40 minutes later…had to call inside. Absolutely unacceptable. Compensation demanded.

I bought a $129 Bissell “pet” stick vacuum cleaner here 92 days ago. It stopped working properly about 2 weeks ago. I brought it in today for a refund, and was told it fell outside of the 90 day return policy (how convenient) they told me to call the manufacturer. I called Bissell and they told me they wouldn’t process a refund due to it being purchased at Walmart. After 45 minutes of lines and calls I’m back in this dump. They called a manager 15 minutes ago and they still haven’t responded. Will follow up with details. Just one more reason to not shop in this place again.

Today (5/30/2024) I bought a few shipping supplies and storage products and I was as far as I could be in order to catch the next bus route home. For some reason unknown to me, I was supposed by a female secret shopper in accusation that I was shoplifting and went was far as taking my bought and owned items out my shopping cart and almost made me miss my bus if my step son hadn't asked the driver to wait just a sec. That was highly embarrassing and incredibly unprofessional to go about inquiring someone "suspicious." Was I suspicious bc I was dressed down in comfy homewear? Did I get stopped and embarrassed in front of everyone bc I wear a packpack (used to hold my reusable shopping bags)? Either way, WAY OUT OF LINE!
