Worst cvs ever. Mismanaged, accepts emergency prescriptions virtually when they are already closed so you can not get your medications until the following day without being told that. So you go to the dr because your very SICK and need medicine, the dr office sends it in on a computer and then you drive sick directly from the dr office to this cvs and they change their hours and close at 6pm instead of 9pm as it used to be and your medication you desperately need is not able to be picked up even tho the cvs tex you received said your Rx is being processed and filled. LIES. Then I come the next day and attempt to pick up the rx that was held hostage yesterday by their almost bakers hours (even tho the store is open until 9pm just the PHARMACY closes at 6 and this information is NOT available on google) and it’s been open for over an hour (10am must be nice to sleep in and let people suffer) and they tell you at the drive thru THE FOLLOWING DAY that no one’s even filled it yet and you must wait sick and dying for an additional 20 min to have it filled as tho it had not been sent in the DAY BEFORE. Why aren’t the prescriptions you negligently accepted while CLOSED made PRIORITY at the beginning of your work day? So my options are to sit in a hot PARKING LOT while sick for 20 min while you finally fill my medications desperately needed YESTERDAY or waste gas and drive all the way home and then all the way back. I will be taking my buisness to Walmart pharmacy after today. They are cheaper, open earlier and close later. They also won’t withhold desperately needed medications and fill rx in a timely fashion. Funny how cvs can text me to tell my my prescriptions have been received and are being filled when in fact they are closed and are NOT but can not inform me by text that the pharmacy is CLOSED and will not fill my rx until I show up and demand they do so. Terrible service, cruel and unusual to make sick people waste gas driving to pick up what is in fact not filled at a closed pharmacy and then return the following day to be laughed at by the 13 year old at the window when asked why an hour after opening it is still not filled. This cvs needs new management and should be fined for withholding prescriptions by closing early and not filling priority rx’s received directly from a Dr office the DAY BEFORE. take your business elsewhere if you wish to not be given the runaround and waste you time and money trying to get your medications. Shameful way to do business.

Absolutely terrible service and complete ignorance of their onhand inventory. Does anybody at CVS corporate read these things or even care? This stores reviews are littered with complaints about the same exact types of issues for what it looks like over a year now..

i have cancer and just had a major surgery they called my surgeon told him I couldn't have the meds he prescribed me then lied to me and said my dr stopped them after talking with both of my drs and confronting them in thier lie they said I cant talked you you and hung up on me . after 3 hours script still wasn't filled I had my daughter get them for me hours later the through the bag of meds across the counter qt her yelled at her to the point she had told her to just stop. then have the nerve to call me this morning and say they are to still fill my meds . ummmm no thank you . I wanted to leave no starts but that's not an option. also when I asked for the pharmacist name they wouldn't tell me also wouldn't tell me who I was speaking with on the phone

Had an appt for a drive up covid test. When we arrived the drive thru window was closed. After waiting a minute a woman on the speaker told us the pharmacy was closed with no explanation. I tried to ask a simple follow-up question about possibly coming back later and she turned hyper rude and aggressive. Would not let me speak without raising her voice over me telling me to move on. Changing my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Will not be back.

I was demeaned and spoke little to by their male Pharmacist, who I wouldn’t treat a dog in the manner he did! He yelled and kept telling what I know I have a right to have and understand and no matter how many times I asked for someone else he refused though his temper and anger was just boiling over! We are humans and we have rights too! Definitely not happy nor satisfied but I doubt anyone cares

Excellent service especially at the pharmacy and there was hardly any waiting in line for my medacine and if u get there a little earlier & your prescription is not quite ready yet they will have you sit and will call your name as soon as it is ready Even if people there are new people waiting in line as long as you were originally there before them... The store also has a great selection of essential oils.

I had to get a prescription cream. The pharmacist said it was very expensive. He did not want me not to get it. He worked very hard to get it at a discounted price. He saved me over $ 20. In these times every penny counts. He also explained about the cream for me. Thank you for helping me.

Pharmacist gave my daughter misinformation earlier today and didn't have her script in stock (she drove 45min) then wouldn't help her with transferring the script. Also the supervisor, Bethany (not sure she gave her real name, tried not to tell me)was rude and unprofessional. She should not deal in customer relations. She refused to help, spoke to me in a condescending manor then dared me to call her supervisor. Go anywhere else but here.
