Hohenforst Splitting has been helping me meet my customer's high expectations by taking top grain goatskin, hair sheepskin, and calfskin leather that is too thick for bookbinding purposes and splitting or shaving it to our desired thinness. Both metal and vegetable tanned. Very reliable. Very fast.I've worked with them for over 20 years.
