I went today with my mom and my sister and my brother my mom has been to a lot of label shoppers before but this is just beyond that l was waiting outside of the fitting room for my mom to get done trying on things and every was fine till my little sister was obviously being a toddler so she picked up a bra and I saw it so I put it back then the employee says you need to stop taking things off of the rack *like it's a store you are supposed to* any way so my mom says why are you talking to my children like that and then Karen the manager says you need to watch your kids so my mom asks first of all who are you the manager says she pointing to her employee she is a employee and my mom said and you are the manager says im the manager so I think they deserve the 1 star

Mary was super helpful and very polite. I was having issues with a shawl, but she came to my rescue. Cortina was also pleasant and friendly. They both made my decision on the right color dog jacket that would look best on my sweet Penny. They weren’t wrong. She is styling in her new puffer! Thanks ladies!!

I like this place for purchasing clothes. Everything is organized by style, size, and color. Great place to find jeans and business casual work clothes.

Extremely hard to navigate the store and especially the fitting rooms as a person with limited mobility who relies on a cane to walk. No assistance was offered by staff members. Building is old and janky and the fitting rooms are horrible.
