What a lovely, polite, professional group of people. Always happy, nice and so polite. I have seen some difficult customers “whining” on the counter, yet these women always still remained professional and polite.

I went this Saturday to renew my passport at Gloversville NY post office and the lady says I have to do it myself and send the form, or online. They only do first time passports.
