Took my car in for simple oil change and inspection and they damaged my bumper and broke the taillight in the process. They fixed it but they never apologized and never had anyone contact me. They keep sending feedback requests which I fill out and still don't contact me about my negative feedback. Considering we pay so much for their work, their customer service is appalling. I'm moving on to another dealer.

I recently visited MB of Golden Bridge to address an issue indicated by my check engine light and diagnostic code. The possibilities presented were a faulty relay, which is a relatively inexpensive repair, or a faulty smog pump, which would be more costly. I brought my car in for a diagnostic, and to my surprise, I received a call informing me that a new smog pump, along with various filters and associated components, was required, amounting to a total estimate of $2,500. Additionally, I was informed about an oil leak and the need for a new battery, bringing the projected expense to $3,500-$3,700.Considering the age and mileage of my car, I decided against proceeding with the repairs and chose to pay the $200 diagnostic fee instead. Upon expressing my decision, the service representatives inquired about a suitable price that would make me reconsider. I proposed that if they could complete all the necessary work, including the smog pump replacement, oil leak repair, and battery replacement, for $2,000, I would reconsider. Surprisingly, they agreed to this price.Naturally, I thought this was a favorable outcome. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. When I collected my car a week later, it turned out that the smog pump was not faulty at all and did not require replacement; rather, it was the switchover relay that was causing the check engine light to illuminate. Notably, a smog pump part alone costs approximately $700-$800 at a local auto part store, while a relay switch costs around $50.Given that a new smog pump was unnecessary, the total cost should have been significantly lower than the previously agreed-upon $2,000. However, MB of Golden Bridge proceeded to charge me the full amount.This situation left me feeling deceived on two counts. Firstly, I was provided with inaccurate information regarding the need for a new smog pump, which led to unnecessary expenses. Secondly, despite the resolution being a much simpler fix involving a relay switch, I was still billed for the more expensive smog pump repair.I expressed my dissatisfaction both in person and over the phone, and I was assured that they would investigate and propose a potential solution. Regrettably, I never received a follow-up call from them.

After running into an issue with a service advisor at this location I was contacted by Brad from the Liberty Motor Car Company (owners of this dealership). He was extremely gracious and did everything he could to solve the problem. They will be keeping my business.

Sloppy work in service department. Management neglects customer complaints.Even Celebrity Motor management tries avoiding valid customer issues.

Terrible. I called a few months ago to get 4 new tires and have them put on my car. These people at this place NEVER called me back after I left them a few messages. You would think that they would want the business especially now and tires aren't cheap. This place lost out on $1,100 worth of business.

Terrible sales department, completely incompetent and dishonest! Look for another dealer, they will lie to you and try to nickel and dime you. Awful experience dealing with them!

Words will not be able completely express how thrilled we both are with our new (used) Mercedes. The entire experience was flawless and easy. We drove in with a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and drove off the lot with a beautiful 2018 GLE 350. The reason for the trade was simple for us. We wanted a vehicle that could tow a fair bit and this beauty can tow up to 7000 PLUS lbs and even better, to join the Mercedes family. While I loved my Subaru, driving it (compared to a Mercedes) was like flying coach to Tokyo. In the Mercedes, we have totally upgraded to business class with a call button to our own concierge (laughing) - not that we will use it, but just in case, one never knows.We both want to thank Jim Sheppard, our most patient and easy going salesman, Matt (used sales manager) and Jose our finance guy. I am telling you, buying a vehicle has never been easier. We did not leave the dealership feeling stressed, but smiling and laughing. Thanks again for everything. Both Deb and I will recommend Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge and Jim to all of our friends!Julie and Deb

Was very happy with the service,however I scheduled on line and was asked if I needed a loaner. I responded yes, but when I brought my car in they told me I did not request a loaner. when I told them I scheduled on line. I was told it does not work for loaner. Why ask on line if it does not work.

Excellent communications and follow through on requests. Any details I asked to see for particular vehicles were provided; I appreciate their transparency and respect for time. Inventory is low all around these days--they made it work to my advantage.
