“This is a great place to live, gated buildings, cable reasonably priced and rents are very reasonable. Our property managers are the best, always pleasant, and very helpful. Definitely a good place to live.”
“I feel that the apartments need to be updated especially since their sign says they are luxury apartments but they seem to have not been renovated for a very long time, specifically the bathroom. Other than that I enjoy living here because it is much quieter and friendly than where we moved from. I would definitely recommend Knollcrest as someone’s next home.”

“I moved here from the city. Let just say it better than the city. I been here 5 years and my apartment is still in good shape. I have no problems. No mice no rodents and the landlord Terry is very nice and fair. Not gonna say it’s the best place but it bet living in NYC”
