We've been loyal customers for years and have never had such a problem as has occurred today. We needed to use the ATM inside and it malfunctioned. We've been made to wait for almost an hour to file a claim and have our account and funds properly handled. Not only did the ATM epically fail but we received horribly untimely service.

I will start by saying the employees at this branch are very friendly but aside from that this is the worst branch in Visalia. Management needs to hire more employees, at best they have 2 tellers and a line of people. Which is why I don't go inside and TRY to use the drive up ATMs, however almost every time I go to this branch those ATMs say they cannot dispense cash. I realize this location is going to be busy being so close to Main St, but again management needs to make some changes. I banked at Citibank on Main St. for years prior to coming here and I never had these issues. I have become increasingly annoyed after 3 years of being a Chase customer that I just end up driving way out of my way to the Goshen and Akers branch.

Waited over an hour to open a new account. I don't normally mind waiting that long. What put me to the point of waking out was The young lady who was supposed to help us was told to do so before taking lunch. She told us she'll be right with us then walked out the door to get lunch...save your time go to suncrest

I banked with this Chase Bank for a while. ALL of the employees were incredibly friendly. This particular branch is absolutely beautiful, right in the heart of downtown Visalia. Carson C. Granite Bay, California

Great experience, bank is usually busy if you need to meet with a banker I recommend to set an appointment it goes very quickly. But that isn't the whole reason why I'm giving it 5 stars. The reason is because it was great to watch my banker(Erica Salazar) go over and help hold the door open for a member as well as helped a member coming in/out with a walker. It's great seeing someone who enjoys what she does as well is very patient and explains what she is doing. I hope chase acknowledge what kind of great employee they have. I definitely will come back.

I hate having to go to this chase. I understand all banks usually have a pretty extended wait time but I've gone numerous times at all different times of the day and they're always always always "short handed". Being that they have so many account holders and that they're always busy you'd except them to have more people on hand. I'm sure there is more behind the picture but something definitely has to to be done it's pretty ridiculous. Out of 6 or 7 desks that they have at the branch I've never seen more than 2 bankers actually present. 2 if your lucky. Starting to consider closing my account and banking somewhere else. I love chase. Just not this branch.

Ok, $6 for a copy of my checking account statements? I'm a senior living on diability. I will switch to a user friendly local credit union. Thanks Chase. For confirming everything I didn't want to believe about you.

Nice branch in the center of downtown Visalia . Good parking and friendly tellers . Seems like lots of folks know each other here as well. They even feature some cool drive thru ATM's outside as well as the walk up ones
