Convenient location for personal use but would not recommend using this bank for business purposes, they arent built for it.

No one ever answers the phone.(Update) Was able to figure out how to schedule a meeting using the mobile app. Still frustrated that you can’t just call your local branch. Appointment scheduling was fairly easy on the app. Upgraded my review to two stars.

Been a loyal chase customer for over a decade, with great credit. I have never had a good experience with them regarding loans and after they treated my older parents so poorly, I feel obligated to warn others against using them.
