The staff are all so kind and helpful, and they’re a lot more personable than anywhere else I’ve been.
The bank is also great on not charging fees for almost anything, and even when a mistake is made they’re kind enough to reverse fees when asked. It’s also one of the few banks locally that you can earn interest and dividends on standard accounts.
Lastly, the hours of operation are the best. They open and stay open longer than anywhere I’ve banked at, and they almost always have enough staff to take you as soon as you walk in.”

I've never missed a single payment in any loans I've had with them going back about 10 years, so apparently they have better professional judgment (using all available data of course) than most large banks. So if you're looking for a loan, skip the large banks and just go straight to them first.”
