So the first vehicle they provided me was disgusting and filthy. The car reeked of cigarettes and there were stains all over the seats. I signed paperwork to not smoke in a car that already stunk like an ashtray is laughable. But the clerk was great he got me another vehicle that was a little cleaner and went the extra mile of cleaning it himself. But man Enterprise really needs to update their fleet of vehicles because these vehicles were beat!

I called to reserve a car , the guy on the phone asked if I had my own insurance and I said yes , he then gave me a price and said the car is waiting for you , I came over a few minutes later to pick up the car signed all docs , I had the car for 2 weeks , I see I’m being charged around $11 a day for insurance, I asked what’s this he said U signed , I told him I gave me a price and asked if I had my own insurance and I said yesHe said it’s just too bad ,Not honest business

I’m a long time customer at enterprise the manager over at the Goshen New York enterprise is exceptional Even though he’s hard at work he will find time to make sure when I call that my needs are met even if it’s after work he goes beyond his job title I don’t with alot of people in my time especially in customer service and I have to say Dawayne and his team at the Goshen office is one of the good ones

Amazing Customer service. I highly recommend this branch. I went in to this place in the morning an vehicle was little dirty and I ask the employee can you please clean. Employee who works at location did a amazing job on cleaning the rental vehicle. Both employees were so polite.

I made a reservation for a car a few days in advance for an 8am pickup. I arrived to the rental location and waited 90 minutes for a car. They didn't have one to rent to me. It's like that Sienfeld episode "you know how to TAKE a reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation". This issue cost me hours of rescheduling meetings, conference rooms, other people, parking and endless details for an event I was organizing in NYC.If only Enterprise knew how to hold a reservation. Agents were courteous but that didn't make up for the inconvenience.

First , Im not happy that I had a hit and run situation and had to pay my 500.00 deductible for car repairs. Enterprise was reccommended from the auto shop. I called made the reservation and everything went smooth. I dropped off my car at the auto shop and Enterprise met me at the location. That was great!I have rental coverage and it was explained that I would be responsible for paying the taxes.Ok, and of course I was offered a few options for insurance and I chose an option for 11.99 per day. In the end I was told Im responsible for the tax and insurance. He had me initial by the tax and the insurance charges. After picking up my car, which looked great, but I never received a final invoice from Enterprise. I call to get a copy and on the invoice it has a “time and distance fee” of 9.02 per day.Surprise, I was never told about this fee. I called and spoke to Patrick who didnt give me a clear reason or what the fee entails. He just said it was a fee from Enterprise and my insurance didnt cover it. Im already annoyed that I have to pay for this hit and run and on top of that my car took longer than expected to repair and now I have an additional 81.14 to pay.No, its not a lot of money but I would like to know all fees and options up front, which I didnt get. If I was told of this fee then I may not have taken the insurance. I feel cheated and mislead.I also called the main office in Wayne NJ, no answer just a recording telling you to leave a voice mail.Be careful when renting from Enterprise and even when you ask questions thats not good enough, make sure to review all paperwork. I will do so going forward. You cant trust what youre told.

Patrick, Steven and Dawnye are very polite. Very professional and kind. Would recommend ??. Very courteous and understanding. Most importantly they're accommodating to what you situation is. Great service. Nick is also very neat!
