Brought my car in for a historical wash ($35.14) my cars exterior came out filthy. I brought it to their attention (they were annoyed and rushed). The attendant did send it through the wash again (which I appreciate) but my concern is how they were originally ok with me leaving with it like that. Also, when I first came 2 seconds after handing the man outside my card I realized I had a gift card, “ he said too late and laughed.” Thankfully the lady inside is very pleasant and helped me.Overall poor customer service and I will not be returning.

Bad service.Rude and don't care about quailty.I paid $25 for a wash inside and out and they barely vacuumed the interior.When I complained they waved me away like I was an annoyance. Never again.

We have been happy with them for years, but I feel the need to post this review. At least four times within the past two years, they’ve supposedly used the more costly synthetic oil rather than the regular oil we’ve asked for. The cashier justifies the up charge, saying it’s better for the car etc. Luckily the mechanic is honest and always confirms that we asked for regular. This is not a one time mistake, but rather a regular occurrence. My husband just had it happen again this morning. We really liked this place and prefer to stay local. Start being honest. Don’t force us to go elsewhere.

Worst car wash everyday destroy ur rims scratch up ur car than they point u to a lil index card hanging behind their cashier stating they're not responsible for anythingLol I put my 60k car thru th r e and my 10k rims were destroyed ?

Inspection As others have said, beware! I took a vehicle there for inspection, I was called into the bay, told the driver tire wouldn't pass.I looked and didn't see anything wrong. I had a brand new spare and said to put that on and pass it. He did, when I got home I had the tire checked by my regular mechanic and he said he was full of it.Then, a few months later my wife took our other vehicle there for inspection, surprise surprise, she was told it needed two new tires and an alignment. This vehicle is only a few years old and has new tires! Took it the next day (appointment needed) to our mechanic again.....he was full of it! The only reason I went there was no appointment, 7 days a week. From now on I am not going to bother, I will make the appointment with my mechanic and drop it off for the day.

Nice spot to stop between up and downstate NY drive but the process for washing is odd... No instructions and its not intuitive and staff doesn't give you instructions and get frustrated when you stop or start moving sometimes. Ask customers that seem like first timers if they are and give them instructions. It goes a long way to relieve awkward experiences like mine.

Went in for an inspection and waited over an hour when there were only two cars in front of me. Come to find out that my car had been ready for 40 minutes. I only found out it was done when I asked after a gentleman who came far after I did was notified his car was ready. It was a lack of communication, which happens, but I would at least expect a sincere apology or something.
