When I walk through the door they make me feel like a rock star! This is the first bank that ever made me feel like I could get some where in life with building credit, getting my first real loan and just feeling like a human again! Would 100% recommend to anyone that needs to make a change or just needs a bank!

I have to say that the Goshen Branch and especially Anthony and Karolina are fantastic. In fact all the employees that I have come in contact give you that small town vibe which is gone nowadays. They greet you with a smile and really appreciate you as a person and not just a number like other banks do. Karolina went out of her way to help me with an auto loan. All I can say is keep up the Great Job. I highly recommend the HFCU Goshen Branch.

I am so impressed with this Credit Union and especially with the Branch Manager, Karolina Szparaga! She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. If you have questions, she addresses them immediately and even gives you advice on options that might be better. All the time, staying professional and never pushy. Heritage Federal Credit Union has an awesome staff of people that give you the small town feel that is so often left out with the big Banks. How many banks can you go to, that the teller knows your name? I would strongly encourage anyone looking to set up a bank account to consider this Bank! They are thorough friendly and pay attention to the smallest details! Karolina is hands down the best branch Manager that has ever helped me!

I have dealt with the Goshen branch of Heritage since it opened, always having a warm, competent and beneficial relationship. The current team at the branch is superlative. The manager, Karolina, is warm, helpful and extremely talented. The head teller, Delila, is fast and efficient, but warm and helpful to an uncommon degree. Yurianny rounds out the team in the best ways. The experience I crave when I relate to a financial institution is to have personal connection and care. I could not be happier with the quality of service at the Goshen branch of Heritage Financial. Bravo! They are a Grand Slam!!!!

I trust this bank with my money. One of the tellers is kind of a nice looking and good service is priority. Better than Chase down the road. And of course one of the cheapest bank rates to everything compared to Chase, Bank of America, and the untrusted KeyBank.
