Apparently loyalty and compassion is lost in this society, leaving employees as mindless slaves just following the orders of their superiors. A one star rating honestly doesn't do justice to the disrespect that was received. My grandmother has been going to this bank for 55 years and I went with her to cash a check. There was some miscommunication with the teller and it was deposited instead of cashed. We waited for the teller to come back and address the issue, she said my grandmothers ID was expired and therefore they would not cash the check but they were somehow able to deposit it. We explained my grandmother is legally blind and her expired license has never been a problem in the past. They continue to say the same pre-written script that they couldn't cash it because the license was expired and we asked for the manager, the manager did not come but the same teller gave us the same script until we finally just took the check and drove away. It makes me sad that this is the reality of the society we live in, please be better not just for sake but everyone's.

The best service! Everyone is friendly and everyone helps me. Never any lines. Michelle and Patrick are great! Easy to do wire transfers. I recommend for those who own small businesses

If I could give them a zero rating I would. These three women at Key Bank, Goshen left me very upset and crying today. They put their backs towards me as I was talking to them and said very not nice things to one another about me to the other employees when I was standing right there. This one woman with curly hair insisted I use the atm and when I told her the machine did not give me back my card, she said “oh well nothing I can do. Are you seriously crying?” I am absolutely horrified by the way I was treated. I asked to speak to the manager or the person in charge and they told me I’m going to have to wait a long time. I’m a bride to be dealing with a lot of stress, if your clerks can not handle stress then they should not be talking to customers.
