My cat just passed away. When we went to meet the owner, he asked us what urn we wanted and acted like he understood. When we went to go pick up the ashes, the urn our cat’s ashes was in was not what we asked for. We have no way of knowing or verifying that this is our cat’s ashes. Beyond unprofessional and careless. Would not recommend this person’s services at all.
Update since seeing the reply from the petty owner:
You are a bizarre little man ill equipped to run a business that requires compassion. You say “she was aggressive”, yet there were two women there who just lost their cat, indicating you don’t even remember details of the interaction. We were visibly in distress and barely able to speak, so calling us “aggressive” is a lie, and a lazy cop out especially when dealing with a vulnerable family in mourning. We explicitly said we wanted the standard urn that wasn’t a cat, and pointed to what we wanted, which for most business owners, should be a standard indicator of customer preference. You also can’t read a room; you went straight into your business offerings, and didn’t say “sorry for your loss” until you noticed how distraught we were after we gave you our cat’s body. Nothing about your interaction with us gave me a feeling of peace, but at that point it was too late to switch cremators. Seeing the way you operate and your inability to remember details of our interaction, seems fitting for your level of comprehension. I wish I had read your numerous terrible reviews beforehand. What’s actually “aggressive” is the immature way you reply to paying customers who offer constructive criticism.

If you have recently lost your fur baby do not hesitate to call!! This is the best business and most caring in the area! He does right by your pets and is extremely respectful as he is an animal lover himself! I would give 10 stars if I could. The grieving process is difficult but he makes things so much Less stressful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Called about a price...decided to take another route & was informed by the man I spoke with if I choose the cheaper route it's gonna be a mass cremation (was told that isn't the story). THIS IS NOT HOW U SPEAK TO A GRIEVING PET PARENT. THIS MAN SHOULD NOT SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS!!! Absolutely distgusted!!! I wasn't & will never be a customer here do to the the man I spoke with!!!

He manhandles animals and gets them confused, who knows if you actually get your pet back , avoid if you love your fur babies.
For example his response is for my families situation not mine

When my sweet Lea passed away, I was heartbroken. She wasn’t just a pet—she was family. The compassion and care we received from the cremation service made all the difference during such a difficult time. From start to finish, they treated Lea with the dignity and respect she deserved.
They kept us informed every step of the way, and when we received her ashes, everything was beautifully and thoughtfully prepared. The urn was perfect, and the small details—like a handwritten note—showed how much they truly cared.
I’m so grateful for how they honored Lea’s memory. This service brought us peace, and I would highly recommend them to anyone going through the pain of losing a beloved companion.

Would highly recommend. Matt was very nice and compassionate and the price was the best around. He explained the process entirely. I would definitely use his services again. My animals are my babies and he understood that. Cannot thank him enough for everything.

I reached out to Matt at My Pet My Friend Crematorium after my sister's dog passed away to inquire about their services. He informed me that the cremation fee was $400, with an additional $100 for pickup, which he accepted in cash. When I called back to ask if they accepted checks, he clarified that only cash and cards were accepted. However, once I confirmed that I would pay by card, his tone changed, and he became dismissive, abruptly stating that he was closing after handling six dogs and then hung up. I suspect that if I hadn’t mentioned using a credit card and had opted to pay in cash instead, he would have remained available. I first called him at 4:54 PM and then again at 4:58 PM, even though their website indicated they closed at 6 PM. Matt was quite rude and insensitive, and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Fortunately, we found Guardian Veterinary Emergency, who were very compassionate and supportive during this difficult time for my sister. Rest In Peace Corona King

Matt was amazing. Opened up on a Sunday. Very helpful and caring.gave us time to say our final goodbyes to our beloved Zoey who passed away this morning. This was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to do and Matt was there and showed all the compassion in the world. God bless this man.

Just tried calling, he was abrupt, told me he couldn’t help me and hung up. How can anyone recommend this place as being amazing and friendly is a huge mistake. I just lost my cat, I’m heart broken and they’re careless & cold. I would not recommend such a place.
Response: I don’t know who the hell it is you’re thinking of, that couldn’t afford the cost as I had never called you before this morning, my cat just passed away in my arms 3:30 this morning. You did not talk to me as I am a woman, not a man. So it’s on *YOU* sir for how you answered me when I called. You didn’t even give me a chance.

It is already a very difficult thing to do, but if you can have a place show compassion and understanding of your loss it makes it a bit more bearable. My Pet My Friend Crematorium did just that. They made the hardest part of saying goodbye a little easier.
