The owner is always very helpful & knowledgeable about the products she carries. Any negativity you see about this business is far fetched! I’ve never had a problem in the years of going there. I know as well as any real customer, that if you did have any problem with something she would make sure it’s taken care of. I love this place and always recommend it to the people I know!”

“Great experience. As a tourist to Legoland, Beer World was easy to find and right across the street to a local Mexican restaurant. I walked in with a type of beer that I was looking for, but I wasn't familiar with any of the local brands. Fortunately, they quickly offered assistance and suggested numerous options. I picked up a few different brands and they all tasted great, especially the Hamburg Summer Glow. They also tossed in beer glass at no extra charge. Thanks for the great suggestions.”

“A very pleasant little store with thoughtful displays and a sweet scent in the air. The two women who have been there on each of my visits are lovely and friendly. The variety of products offered is fairly wide. I've been satisfied with what I've bought there. I have to drive 30 miles to get to the store but if I lived closer, I have no doubt that I'd stop in from time to time just to say hello and pass a few minutes chatting.”

The location is conveniently located off the highway and approximately 20 minutes from Newburgh (Stewart Airport, Stewart Air National Guard base), beacon bridge and 20-30 from the Monroe/Woodbury/Central Valley vicinity. “I love this smoke shop , mostly because of the young lady with the short hair and awesome piercings and earrings , whose been working there for i don't know how long but I've been coming here for 5 years and she's always been such a great help , knowledgeable with the products and just a sweet soul . She helped me find the perfect grinder and I am in love so far, I purchased the Catskill hemp Co grinder . Super thankful for her help and knowledge on each grinder I was shown , really helped make my decision on one because i am super indecisive. I will continue to keep coming here for all of my smoking needs . Such a joy to encounter an employee who loves what they do , especially in the morning when people are cranky,Rude , and ridiculous.”

“I don't usually write reviews, but I was online to look up the hours for this store and saw the single scathing review here. I disagree and figured I'd chime in so people knew this place wasn't terrible. It's a small shop so I can't imagine they carry everything, but they always have my tobacco and tubes. They've taken the time to explain to me how to use new items I've purchased and even gave me a vaping 101 lesson when I asked about it. As far as the attitudes, I'm sorry you found an employee unpleasant, but there are definitely a few in there that never stop smiling and are very funny and pleasant!”
