My son's truck broke down in the parking lot at the Aubuchon Hardware in Gouverneur, New York and the workers were more than kind, they told us that that had power,heat,etc. and other things that they said that we could use if we wanted. Very accommodating, The two girl employees that worked there was Brittany M and Destinee C and I can't remember the man's name was. My son and I thank you very much

Brittany Mashaw was a great help when I went to the store. I know nothing about kayaking and she gave me product knowledge, insight to the area and help me find other items I was looking for. The store was clean. It was ez to find other things I needed to find. I really appreciate that extra mile Brittany Mashaw was willing to go for the customers and the product knowledge she shared. I will definitely be going back as long as I keep having shopping experience like I did with Brittany that day. Great job and thank you 🙏👍

Brittany M is fantastic! She greeted me coming into the store and then walked me through to pick up all the items I needed. She even had a colleague waiting with two bags of quikrete that I purchased, before I finished checking out!

Gouverneur Aubuchon is my go to for most everything. Special thanks to Alex for being so helpful and friendly on my recent visit. He is definitely an asset to the store along with all the other employees there that are always so ready and willing to help.

I have been a customer for many years. Everyone treated me very well. Since Alex Ordway has been there he has a big smile, we visit a bit and then he takes me where I need to go, takes my purchases to my car. This store is so customer oriented. Gouverneur is very blessed to have them.
