She did it again! Simple quick trim for me, adorable little boys cut for my little man, and dont forget the glitter for our little fashionista. Great visit with Chalaine while getting freshened up for summer fun.
Requested style: I love my sons hair cut short on the bottom and longer on top, which is not easy with a 4 year old. But Chalaine does a great job every time. She has been so patient and helpful to him get to this point where hair cuts are adorable and a breeze. As sad as it it that he looks older with every cut, she gives me one less thing to stress about.
Specialties: Over the years Chalaine has done perms, hilights, dye, and extensions for me just to name a few. Always caring and sensitive to what I want to achieve with my style.
Stylist: Chalaine always helps me come up with fun new ideas for my hair, including color, cuts, perms, and extensions to name a few. She is always looking for ways to fit my hair and upkeep into my busy life. So thankful for her creativity and attention to detail. She is kind, caring, and goes the extra mile for me and my family every time.

Requested style: Short, reddish and easy maintenance.
Specialties: I consulted with Jade, a resident nail tech in the salon. I explained how I broke a my toe big toe and the nail grew back grossly shaped. She said that although she did not do that kind of work, BUT she referred me to someone in Watertown and for that I am truly grateful.
Hair type: I have had thick, thin, fine and hair loss. I have had hair that was very long, shoulder length, chin length and short. If you saw that commercial, why would you even go?
Stylist: Natalie did a phenomenal job on the color and style as usual. I have been going to her for long as I can remember. I bring in a photo for a consult. We discuss what will and won’t work for the color, style and texture that I would desire. She is an awesome stylist who takes a lot of time to understand what direction I choose to take. I am truly grateful for her services.

I got a haircut that looks like an 11 year od boy had his mother cut his hair on a kitchen chair. The front of my hair is now about1 in. I can't believe it! It will take at least 2 years to grow back. This is after I explained I keep the top longer. Charlaine did not listen at all and I am not happy.

My whole family goes to Ultimate Experience and receive exceptional service. All of the stylists are knowledgeable and talented and we will gladly see any of them. Chalaine cuts my wife’s hair and Jade cuts mine and my son’s hair. We love it there and are so happy to have an amazing place to go for all of us right in town!
