Palm Gardens is a welcoming and friendly motel in Gowanda, Western New York, described as one of the best and most welcoming places in Erie County. It is a quite, clean place for a getaway, though the rooms are dated from the sixties, offering a simple place to sleep and shower. The setting is typical of a county village. The staff is very nice, helpful, and caring, providing a personal touch and support for travel. The in-house bar is a perfect setting to relax, with good service, karaoke, a jukebox, and sometimes live music. The motel is in a quiet, safe little town with easy access to main streets. Several stores are within walking distance, including a Dollar General, Family Dollar, and a small grocery store, along with two very good restaurants nearby. It is also very close to Buffalo and Niagara Falls. With large rooms, nice heating, excellent housekeeping, and ample parking, it provides a cozy and great experience.

hi we're the ones that stayed last night I just wanted to tell you how grateful we are for all your help to a complete stranger. the lady at the bar was very nice and helpful even gave my daughter snacks and a blanket that I will say my daughter loves. I didn't catch her name but she definitely deserves a raise
